What ages does Kidora dress?
Kidora designs for little ones from newborn to about 13 years — soft everyday wear for play, school and family outings.
Are the fabrics safe and comfortable for kids?
Yes. We focus on breathable, kid-friendly fabrics with careful stitching so outfits stay soft on sensitive skin and hold up to active play.
How do I choose the right size?
Check age/year ranges on each product page. If your child is between sizes, we usually recommend the larger size for growing room.
Can I change an item after placing an order?
If packing has not started, message us with your order ID. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes may not be possible — we will always tell you clearly.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh so you can pay when the parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Most Dhaka orders arrive faster; outside Dhaka usually takes a few business days depending on your district. You can track your order anytime from Track Order.
What payment options can I use?
You can pay with Cash on Delivery or bKash (when enabled at checkout). Your checkout screen always shows the active options.
Will someone call before delivery?
Delivery partners may call the mobile number you shared. Please keep your phone reachable so your child's new outfits reach you smoothly.

What is your return policy?
We offer an easy return window (typically 7 days) for unused items with tags attached. Items showing dirt or wear from play may not qualify — keep packaging tidy if you think you may exchange.
How should I wash Kidora clothes?
Wash gently, prefer mild detergent, and avoid harsh bleach. Turn prints inside-out when possible so colours stay bright for school and playtime.
